• It is crucial to note that a valid identification (ID) is requires for scheduling purposes. We strictly adhere to this policy and do not accept personal photos or inspiration pictures as a form of identification. Instead, we requires a government-issued ID to be uploaded during the reserving process.

Failure to provide a valid ID will regrettable result in the cancellation of your reservation. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a smooth and secure procedure.

• While we strive to start service(s) at the schedule time, the duration of the service may vary. The estimated duration is based on the average hair density and length of an ideal client, but it may differ depending on the specific requirements and amount of hair.

MODIFICATIONS

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise: however, please be advised that cancelling your reservation on the same day or failing to show up without prior notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee.

For cancellation made within 72 hours of reservation, a 50% fee of the service will be applied.

If rescheduling reservation is needed, please refer to the confirmation email sent after the initial booking . Kindly note that you are permitted to reschedule once, up to 72 hours prior to your reserved service.

LATE ARRIVALS

At Hairmuse, we offer a five-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, after five minutes, a late fee of $25 will be added to the service cost. Arrivals past 10 minutes may require cancellation of reservation.

SECURITY x PRIVACY POLICY

As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment, we kindly request all clients to upload a valid identification document to proceed with their appointment reservations. Our comprehensive services encompass both shampooing and blow drying for all services. However, it is essential that your hair is completely detangled and free from mats prior to service day. Feel free to add-on “ Detangle Fee” when reserving services for a convenient experience.

In order to provide the best possible service, we ask that long duration reservations are scheduled on separate days from any important event, such as a photoshoot. To ensure adequate preparation and attention to detail, we recommend booking your service(s) at least 24 hours in advance.

Furthermore, we kindly request that you attend your appointment solo. To maintain a serene and tranquil atmosphere, we do not allow children or additional guests. This policy helps us create an environment where you can truly unwind and enjoy your session to the fullest.

At Hairmuse™ Studio, we accept debit cards, zelle, and cash as payment methods. However, for service amounts exceeding $150, cash payment is mandatory. In order to confirm service reservation, a non-refundable deposit is necessary, and it will be deducted from the total service fee. The outstanding balance can be settled using either cash, zelle or card transaction.
